Building one white-label design system to power five products across Fitness, HoReCa, Fintech, and Booking meant solving a contradiction: each brand needed deep customization, but the system had to stay simple enough to build fast.

Every product was designed from a fully customizable base with its own navigation, and each feature slotted in as an independent add-on unit, so brands could go as deep as they wanted without ever touching the core. With a design team of five, we have build all products on this foundation, gradually refining the system's flexibility, kepping it genuinely simple to use.
