As per brief, it's an enterprise AI tool, with the main job of keeping corporate data private, preventing leaks to external LLMs. In practice, it's an interface that allows people to interact with self-hosted company data and an LLM in a convenient and secure way.

I designed the app around data (Files, Documents, Images, and Webpages), a source of truth for the AI, and from there, functions layered: private chat that reads the company's own data, reusable workflows that replace the prompt under a plain form, a shared prompt-and-tone library, and spaces to keep each department's world separate.
