At large construction sites, like hospitals or public buildings, small deviations in the structure wireframe, can introduce a great safety risks, and high costs of rework later on. To spot such deviations early, special team uses LiDAR scanner to capture progress within phases, and compares them against the original plan in the 3D App.

Joining in post-MVP phase, app had major problems with navigation, making it hard to scale with new functionalities, and causing friction for users in finding key functions. I designed a new, project-based navigation with key areas click away, allowing to scale each unit with new functionalities, and maintaining good usability across system.

Moving forward I've designed a file manager, system-wide conditional filtering, folder structure, PDF viewer for 2D plans, and 3D Viewer with measurement and markups tools, for logging deviation against the original plan.
